The Inturnship, LLC
Background: 2020 locked out thousands of would-be interns from finding a foot in the door. I decided COVID-19 didn’t cause the accessibility problem within the creative industry – it only shined a light on it.
The Story: Together with six partners, I launched an agency model that never existed before. We built the business plan from scratch. I directed the brand identity. And we launched it with immediate success. The Inturnship won Silver at the Inaugural Anthem Awards for social good. We held a 90% conversion rate getting young talent into the industry. At the end of 2024 I left the company to focus on my family and evolving role as CD, Copy at BASIC/DEPT®.
