As a manager.
At 26 I launched an agency model that never existed before. The Inturnship won Silver at the Inaugural Anthem Awards for social good. We held a 90% conversion rate getting young talent into the industry.
At 30 I became the first-ever CD of Copy for the most Webby-awarded agency of the decade.
I am the sole Creative Director of a $9+ million global account, and co-leader of 27 Creatives across London, Toronto, and US (including Hawaii).
I’ve grown the Copy Team by 125%. And within 3 months of becoming the main resourcing advocate for the department, I helped grow agency revenue by $74K. Just by putting Writers in a place to succeed.
I currently split time between Google and growth for BASIC/DEPT®, most recently won a fun piece of work for Uber One. Coming soon.
